Ana Moragrega Estrany received the Engineering degree and european  M.S. degree (research speciality) in Electronic Engineering from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) in 2004 and 2007 respectively.

Between January 2003 to February 2004 she worked as web developer engineer within a web applications company.

From September 2004 to October 2006 she joined SIC (Sistemes d'Instrumentació i Comunicacions) group of Electronic Department of UB. There, she worked in TRANSAMI (Transceivers for applications in an Ambient Intelligence Environment) project between SIC and EPSON Europe Electronics and SEIKO EPSON Corporation (Japan) related to IEEE 802.15.4 based sensor nodes. Also she started the PhD studies and in July of 2006 she presented her research dissertation ("Design and implementation of a digital Back-End for IEEE 802.15.4 based sensor nodes"). And between September 2005 and September 2006 she was an assistant teacher of this Department.

Since November 2006, she is a Research Engineer at the CTTC and works on her Ph.D. Her current research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Ultra-wideband, signal processing and digital design.
