Since July 2005, the headquarters of the CTTC are located in the Parc Mediterrani de la Tecnologia, a technology park in the Barcelona area that is also a University campus and has excellent road and rail links to Barcelona and the Airport.

The CTTC has a 3500-m2 building that hosts both R&D labs and offices. Currently, the center has six labs - one per research area, plus one for hardware engineering -, an engineering workshop and an anechoic chamber.
