Through its training environment defined as experimental in R&D activities in telecommunications, the CTTC is striving to contribute to the presence of researchers in the private sector. This is approached at different levels, one of which is postgraduate. In 2005, the center launched its own Post-Doctoral Program, which targets young researchers from all over the world having obatined the PhD degree in communications or related fields in the last five years.
