Eva Hernández holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and History from the University of Barcelona (1996) and has a Master of Business Administration from EADA Business School (Executive MBA, Barcelona, 2014).
From 2006 to 2013 she managed the research activities and projects of the Institute of Geomatics’ Integrated Geodesy and Navigation unit. Within this frame, she engaged in joint activities with leading private companies of the geoinformation sector, the ESA, and the European Framework Programme, among others. She also played a key role in the Institute’s congress activities, specifically, as Coordinator of the International Geomatic Week (2007 and 2009 editions) and Eurocow (2008 and 2010 editions) conferences.
Since May 2013, up to December 31 of that year, she has been responsible for the general management of the Institute of Geomatics, as well as its process of integration into the CTTC, effective as of January 1, 2014.
She is now the head of the administrative unit for Economic & Project Management at the CTTC.
