Lorenzo holds a master degree in Engineering Geology from the University of Firenze (2013) and a doctorate in Earth Sciences from the University of Pisa (2017). He has worked as research fellow (October 2017-September 2019) at the Department of Earth Science of the University of Firenze. Since September 2019 he is researcher at the CTTC. His activity is focused on InSAR data interpretation and post-processing analysis. He is currently working for the implementation of the future European Ground Motion Service (EGMS).
