Pavel Harbanau was born in 1991 in the Republic of Belarus. In 2015 he graduated from the Belarusian State University (Minsk) and received a M.Sc. degree in Radio Engineering and Computer Science. He also participated in the partnership program at Ruhr-University Bochum (Germany) for 1 year.
Pavel participated in the Google Summer of Code’2015, where he worked on partitioning SDR functions of GNSS-SDR between an ARM embedded processor and programmable logic, i.e., on a FPGA-based system-on-chip (SoC) device.
His areas of interest include digital design of communication systems, HW/SW co-design on SoC devices and Software-Defined Radio solutions, post quantum cryptography scheme, embedded software development.
In June 2016 Pavel joined the CTTC, as a researcher in the PHYCOM department, forming part of the AEThER project team.
